Builds the capacity of selected SDC funded project
staff and partners to address the needs of conflict-affected
people in their project areas, including case analysis,
communication and active listening, group facilitation
skills, supervision, social mobilization skills and
development of manuals.
The objective of this program is to support selected
SDC-Projects staff to understand the process of disempowerment
and facilitate the empowerment of the project beneficiaries
and communities. The projects supported are F-Skill
(Training for overseas employment and domestic trade),
Vertical Shaft Brick Kilns (VSBK), Rural Health Development
Project (RHDP), Nepal Swiss Community Forestry Project
(NSCFP), Advocacy Forum, Skill For Employment Programme
(SEP/ Alliance), LILI and Social Mobilization Project
in Khotang district.
